What is your return policy for industrial components?
We accept returns on most unused, standard stock items within 30 days of delivery. Please note that custom-fabricated parts or special-order items may be subject to a restocking fee or may be non-returnable.

Are your products covered by a warranty?
All products sold by H.C. Oswald Supply Co. are covered by the original manufacturer's warranty. We are happy to assist you in coordinating with the manufacturer should a defect arise during the warranty period.
